Proactively work to establish a good customer base, respond to changing customer requirements, and maintain an excellent commercial focus.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships, solicit new Partners to achieve the annual targets.
Responsible for Consumer Finance Communities of a certain size, segment and geographical location (Real Estate, Education, Sporting Clubs, and Lifestyle).
Conduct frequent visits and business calls to existing and prospect clients.
Manage and develop relationship with Partners providing superior client service.
Coordinate internally with Digital and Technology, Legal, Marketing and Products, and Finance to finalize partnerships agreements.
Ensure that documentation required to operate the account is obtained and that Partners’ files are always complete.
Maintain a thorough understanding of latest Consumer Finance products and developments in the market.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders and external Partners.
Coordinate activation activities to acquire new clients within the communities.
Coach and manage CVM Team and provide them with the necessary guidance to meet their objectives.
Monitor and follow up closely with CVM team.
Ensure CVM team achieve sales targets with respect to identified products.
